Referral Process and ReMed Portal
The ReMed website portal provides secure HIPAA compliant exchange of medical information between ReMed, our clients and our experts.
The ReMed Portal allows you to automatically submit a referral form and upload your documents securely.
The ReMed Portal allows you to quickly and easily create your secure account to store your information so that valuable time is saved by not having to enter this information more than once. Any time you log-in to the Client Portal, your information will be displayed. If any of your contact or other information changes, you can edit your information at any time.

Please log into the secure ReMed Portal to complete an online referral.
After you have signed into your account and completed the referral, you can upload your documents securely.
Important Records to Include when sending a file for review:
- All medical records and bills
- Police or Incident Report
- Photographs
- Damage Estimates
- Pertinent Attorney Correspondence
- Witness Statements
Important Information:
- Normal turnaround time is 21 to 30 days. This may be extended for very large files or if additional records are needed to complete a review.
- Fees for services are based upon an hourly rate for our legal nurse consultant reviews and expert physician rates set by each physician. Please contact us if you would like an estimate of what a particular review service might cost for a specific claim.
- Rush files are accepted for an expedited fee based upon your time needs and the services required.
- We are pleased to work with any of our new or existing client to provide services that fall “outside” of the “typical” review category or exchange information in a preferred client format.
